Since its inception in 2009, Tarpen has acquired both residential and assisted living properties. Tarpen and its owners have acquired or co-invested in 18 investment properties with a total value just under SEK 500 million. Tarpen`s strategy includes acquiring assisted living assets in central locations with good demographics, as illustrated by some of the following historical acquisitions.
Tarpen purchased a centrally located property in Västerås. The property is occupied by a local community school on a long-term lease. The building is 540 square meters and is within walking distance of the Västerås business district as well as central bus and rail communications.
Tarpen purchased an assisted living home in Knivsta, Sweden for adolescents. The tenant is the nationally known publicly listed company Humana AB. This property is well known in the Knivsta area and was Sweden’s first elderly care home.
Tarpen acquired a health care facility in Södertälje. The tenant is Stockholm County Council. The property has newly added space and is located close to the city centre of Södertälje.
Tarpen purchased a high quality assisted living property in central Uppsala, approximately 70 kilometers from Stockholm. The property is located in a prime residental area and was recently renovated to a high standard.

Tarpen purchased a property located in Upplands-Bro from Nordic Care Holding AB with a size of 996 sqm. Located just 30 kilometers north of Stockholm, the asset was built for the municipality in 1994. The property is located in a well established residential community.
Located in Örebro, Orsjön 3 is a recently built assisted living property located in a newly constructed neighborhood close to Örebro University.
Located in suburban Västerås, Östra Vildrosen 1 is occupied by a district medical center and a pharmacy.
Located in close proximity to central Märsta, 20km north of Stockholm, Sigtuna Märsta 1:220 is an assisted living facility in a residential neighborhood
Tarpen purchased a senior living property in Bandhagen, 15 minutes south of Stockholm. The property is occupied by Stockholm City and Attendo on a long term lease.

Tarpen purchased two prime residential buildings containing 70 apartments in central Enköping. Enköping is located 78 kilometers northwest of Stockholm on Lake Mälaren.
